Sponsorship packages

Chalfont Otters Swimming Club is actively seeking sponsorship for the club and its swimmers. We would welcome any leads, introductions, etc. to try and get some sponsorship to assist with funding various projects under discussion.

Opportunities for publicity are varied, and include but are not limited to a profile on the Chalfont Otters web site, social media, logos on polo shirts and swim bags, press releases, and logo placement on our banner at Chalfont Leisure Centre. See below for more details.

 

Gold Sponsor

There will be a maximum of three sponsors at this level.

Package includes;

• Logo located on the Chalfont Otters website that is linked to a specific Sponsorship landing page that is located within the Chalfont Otters website, www.chalfontotters.org.uk. We can supply website statistics regarding the number of visitors etc., as required.
• Opportunity to advertise and explain about your business within the Gold sponsorship area of the website, including inserting email and website links to your company.
• Logo placement on any clothing such as “Technical Tee”
• Logo placement on the Chalfont Otters banner that is permanently displayed at Chalfont Leisure Centre.
• If a newsletter is produced during the period of sponsorship, a free half page advert within that publication.
• Opportunity for two people to attend any functions such as Club Champs Awards night, Annual Club Records event free of charge.
• The sponsor can hand out giveaways and or information at functions such as Club Champs Awards night & Annual Club Records event.

Silver Sponsor

There will be a maximum of five sponsors at this level.

Package includes;

• Logo located on the Chalfont Otters website that is linked to a specific Sponsorship landing page that is located within the Chalfont Otters website, www.chalfontotters.org.uk. We can supply website statistics regarding the number of visitors etc., as required.
• Opportunity to advertise and explain about your business within the Silver sponsorship area of the website, including inserting email and website links to your company.
• Opportunity for one person to attend any functions such as Club Champs Awards night, Annual Club Records event free of charge. The sponsor can hand out giveaways and or information at functions such as Club Champs Awards night & Annual Club Records event.

Club Champs Sponsor

There will be a maximum of one sponsor at this level.

Package includes;

• Logo located on the Chalfont Otters website that is linked to a specific Sponsorship landing page that is located within the Chalfont Otters website, www.chalfontotters.org.uk. We can supply website statistics regarding the number of visitors etc., as required.
• Opportunity to advertise and explain about your business within the Club Champs sponsorship area of the website and the Club Champs programme including inserting email and website links to your company.
• If a newsletter is produced during the period of sponsorship, a free advert within that publication.
• The sponsor can hand out giveaways and or information at the Club Champs race nights.
• The opportunity to produce and distribute specific clothing or other items to the swimmers participating within the club champs events – these will be expected to be supplied and branded by the sponsor. Club Championships is open to all swimmers within the club and it gives the swimmers a chance to compete against each other in as many events as they can. The competition takes place generally over a one-two month period and can include over 120 swimmers from the club.

Ad hoc or specific sponsorship opportunities

There will be a maximum of five sponsors at this level.

These opportunities are specific to events such as the overseas swim camps that we hold annually.

• Logo placement on any clothing specific to that event such as hoodies, tee-shirts.
• Company information or giveaways supplied to all of the attendees via information packs.
• Specific mention of the sponsors relating to the event via the Chalfont Otters website, www.chalfontotters.org.uk and other social media forums as agreed.
